Editing a User’s Profile
If you need to update a user's details, such as their email, role, or preferences, you can easily edit their profile by following these steps:
Steps to Edit a User
- Navigate to the Users Section
- Open the Left Side Panel Menu and click on Setup.
- Select Users.
- Find the User to Edit
- Locate the user you want to update.
- Click the
Icon next to their name.
- Update User Details
- Modify fields such as First Name, Last Name, Email, or Phone Number.
- Adjust their Security Profile (e.g., change their role from User to Administrator).
- Update Permissions, Job Title, Account, Default Locale.
- Save the Changes
- After making the necessary updates, click Save to apply the changes to the user’s profile.
