Navigating Geoforce Analytics V2 - BETA

The refreshed Geoforce Analytics makes it easier than ever to find, view, and share the data you need. Here’s how to get around in the new experience.

Accessing Analytics

1. Log in to your Geoforce account.
2. Click the Analytics tab in the top navigation bar.
3. You’ll land on the Analytics Home Page, your central hub for all dashboards you have permission to view.

Using the Analytics Home Page

The Home Page is designed to save you time by putting all dashboards in one place.

• Dashboard Tiles – Each tile includes a title and a short description so you can quickly find the right dashboard.

Opening a Dashboard

1. From the Analytics Home Page, click the dashboard tile you want to view.
2. The dashboard will open in a new page with your current permissions applied.
3. Use the filters at the top to narrow your view to specific assets, accounts, or date ranges.

Drilling into Details

• Click on any chart or table element to drill into underlying data.
• From here, you can view asset-level or account-level details depending on your permissions.

Sharing & Exporting

• Schedule Reports – Have dashboards delivered via email as a PDF or CSV on a set schedule.
• Export Data – Download the data from any chart or table in CSV format.
• Copy Link – Share a direct link to the dashboard (coming soon: unique links for filtered views).

Tips for Efficient Navigation

• Use the Home Page instead of bookmarks — you’ll always see the latest dashboard versions.
• Check the description under each tile to make sure you’re opening the right dashboard.
• When drilling down, use the back button in your browser to return to the main dashboard without losing your place.
